As of January 7th, all asphalt shingle manufacturers have announced
Price Increases beginning March 1st.
You can expect the price of 30 year, Laminated Shingles
to go up approximately $5 to $7 per square.
GAF, CertainTeed and Owens Corning have made major announcements involving their warranties. ALL Laminated Shingles installed after January 1, 2011, are automatically covered by a Lifetime limited warranty! This is a permanent, free change, regardless of language on the wrapper. Shingles will not be delivered to market with new wrappers until they are available later this year. Until then, a certificate of the warranty upgrade is available by contacting any of our locations. Please note this is a warranty change only. There are no changes made to the product.
